Can I pick up the car at Mostar Airport?
Yes. R-Line offers pickup at Mostar Airport (OMO) with a prior booking. Our representative waits outside the terminal; pickup takes about 5 minutes. The airport is covered 06:00–23:00, later by arrangement.
Is crossing the border allowed?
Crossings into Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia are allowed with prior notice. Other countries require prior approval. Documentation (Green Card, driver authorisation) is prepared 24h in advance.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your incoming flight - if it is delayed, we wait at no extra charge. Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24h before pickup.
What is the minimum age to rent?
The minimum age is 21 with a driving licence held for at least 2 years. Drivers under 25 pay an additional fee of 10 KM/day.
Is the mileage unlimited?
Yes, mileage is unlimited within Bosnia and Herzegovina. For travel outside BiH it is also unlimited with prior notification of the route.
What about fuel?
The vehicle is collected with a full tank and returned the same way. If the tank is not full on return, we charge for fuel at the pump price plus a handling fee.
How do I pay?
We accept cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), cash in KM and EUR, and bank transfer for business customers. An invoice is issued on return or by arrangement.
Can I add an additional driver?
Yes, an additional driver is free of charge with a signed agreement and a valid driving licence. No extra costs.
Do you have a child seat?
Yes, a child seat and booster are available on request. The fee is 5 KM/day, free for rentals longer than 7 days.
