The daily rate includes comprehensive insurance with no excess, unlimited mileage within BiH, vignette and roadworthiness certificate. VAT included. No hidden charges.

Insurance and excess
All vehicles carry mandatory third-party liability and comprehensive insurance. Under the standard R-Line agreement there is no excess (no deductible) for all categories except premium SUV. Details are signed on pickup.
Mileage
Unlimited mileage within Bosnia and Herzegovina. For travel outside BiH mileage is also unlimited, but prior notification and confirmation are required.
Fuel
The vehicle is collected with a full tank and returned the same way. If the tank is not full on return, fuel is charged at the pump price plus a handling fee.
Border crossing
Crossings into Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia are allowed with prior notice. Other countries require prior approval. Documentation (Green Card, driver authorisation) is prepared 24h in advance.
Driver age and licence
Minimum age 21 years. Drivers under 25 pay an additional fee (10 KM/day). A valid driving licence held for at least 2 years is required.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24h before the pickup time. Later cancellations are charged one day's rental. Date changes are free subject to vehicle availability.
Additional driver and child seat
Additional driver is free with a signed agreement and driving licence. Child seat and booster available on request, 5 KM/day or free for rentals over 7 days.
Payment
We accept cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), cash in KM and EUR, and bank transfer for business customers. An invoice is issued on return of the vehicle or by arrangement.
